ReFlow Toilets Website Terms of Service

Welcome to the ReFlow Toilets website (the “Site”), operated by iRise Toilets Pvt. Ltd. (“ReFlow,” “we,” “us” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your access to and use of the Site, content, functionality, and services offered at www.reflowtoilets.com (the “Services”). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these TOS and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract in order to use the Services.
- Agreement. If you do not agree to these TOS, you must immediately cease all use of the Site.

- Any derivative use, reproduction, public display, or distribution of the Site or its contents.
- Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.
Violation of any of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of the license granted herein.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content (including images, text, graphics, logos, button icons, audio clips, and software) on this Site is the property of ReFlow or its content suppliers and is protected by India and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Images. All images displayed on this Site are © ReFlow and may not be used without the prior written permission of ReFlow.
- Trademarks. “ReFlow,” the ReFlow logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ReFlow or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of ReFlow.
6. User Conduct
By using the Site, you agree you will not:
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Use the Site to collect or store personal data about other users.
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
- Upload, post, or transmit any viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems or networks connected to the Site.
7. Privacy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall ReFlow or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or these TOS, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReFlow and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these TOS or your misuse of the Site.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including your breach of these TOS. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These TOS and any dispute arising out of or related to the Site will be governed by the laws of the Republic of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
13. Entire Agreement
These TOS, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReFlow regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
